Ingredients

1 corned beef 2 yellow onions (quartered) 2 quarts beef stock 1tbsp minced garlic 1 pint Guiness 1 head of cabbage (cut into ribbons) 1tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 seasoning packet
Directions
Step 1 Start by quartering two onions and placing into a crockpot Step 2 Place fat side down into the crockpot, then add minced garlic, beef broth, apple cider vinegar and Guinness. Cook on low for 10 hours Step 3 Flip the brisket so the fat side is facing up - sprinkle the seasoning packet over the top and cook on low for another 9 hours Step 4 Chop up your cabbage into ribbons (removing the core), then add to the crockpot with the corned beef and cook for a final hour Step 5 You're all done, slice the beef and serve!
